Increasing the efficiency of transfer processes when using inhomogeneous fluidization

The processes of dehydration and granulation are associated with the heat transfer to solid particles from gas coolant, which acts as a fluidizing agent causes stochastic movement granular material in apparatus. To implement layered structure mechanism organic-mineral fertilizers it is necessary ensure intensive circulation gradual passage through appropriate technological zones main problem low efficiency interphase exchange gas-liquid-solid system formation agglomerates during injection liquid heterogeneous solution into bed material.
 In this work conditions for increasing when using an inhomogeneous jet-pulsating mode fluidization were determined.
 Analysis intensity renewal contact surface phases self-oscillating was carried out. It established that use allows getting significant intensification mass due activation diffusion-controlled increase dynamics by 1.9÷2.9 m2/s, 27÷41% total device.
